Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between KISMO SASU and any customer subscribing to a paid Kismo plan.

Prices are listed in euros (tax included) on the Pricing page. KISMO SASU reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Changes do not apply to current subscriptions.

Subscriptions are available monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions benefit from a 26% discount compared to the monthly rate. The subscription takes effect upon payment validation.

Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment provider (Stripe). Renewal is automatic unless previously canceled.

In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-28), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content contracts that have begun execution with the consumer's prior consent. By subscribing to Kismo, you agree that the service begins immediately and waive your right of withdrawal.

The User may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining period.

KISMO SASU guarantees the service conforms to its description. In case of proven malfunction, KISMO SASU commits to correcting the issue as soon as possible. KISMO SASU's liability is limited to the amount of the current subscription.

KISMO SASU shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations in case of force majeure as defined by French case law.

Data collected in the commercial relationship is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In case of dispute, the customer may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. The competent mediator will be communicated upon request.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Aix-en-Provence.
