1. Publisher of the website and the service
The website www.kismo.ai (the “Website”) and the KISMO service (the “Service”) are published by KISMO, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of 10,000 euros, registered with the Avignon Trade and Companies Register under number 100 952 829 (head office SIRET 100 952 829 00016), intra-community VAT number FR55100952829, NAF code 62.01Z (computer programming), with its registered office at 21 chemin du Moulin, 84530 Villelaure, France.

2. Hosting
The Service is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (www.ovhcloud.com), in data centers located in France. Files and media uploaded to the Service are stored on Google Cloud Storage, in a European Union region. Some technical components of the Service and the Website use the following providers: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (content delivery network and access protection); LVBL AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden (Website publishing platform). The list of providers processing personal data is in the Privacy policy (section 7), and their transfers outside the European Union in its section 8.
3. Intellectual property
The Website, the Service and all their elements (texts, images, screenshots, logos, structure, software, databases, KMD memory format) are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of KISMO or its licensors. The KISMO trademark is registered with the French National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). Any full or partial reproduction, representation, modification or use without the prior written consent of KISMO is prohibited, except for strictly private use and quotations permitted by law. Third-party trademarks and product names mentioned on the Website (video conferencing platforms, artificial intelligence assistants) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify compatible services.
4. Contractual documents and regulated information
Use of the Website and the Service is governed by the Terms of use, the Terms of sale and subscription, the Support and service level policy, the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the Artificial intelligence transparency notice, all available on the Website.
The Service is offered to professionals, for the needs of their business. Prices shown on the Website are expressed in euros excluding tax; applicable taxes are added and the total amount is shown before payment is confirmed.
The Service is an artificial intelligence system within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744; the content it generates is flagged as such. The Artificial intelligence transparency notice describes its capabilities, its limits and the models used.
5. Complaints and reports
For any complaint: hello@kismo.ai or KISMO, 21 chemin du Moulin, 84530 Villelaure, France. KISMO replies within thirty (30) days, under the conditions of section 26 of the Terms of sale and subscription.
For any content you consider unlawful on a page shared from the Service: hello@kismo.ai (subject: “Content report”), following the procedure described in section 7 of the Terms of use. This contact point is also KISMO’s point of contact under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services.
