A meeting note, not a wall of text
KISMO recognizes that this is a meeting and adapts the layout. Depending on what the exchange allows, the note contains a title, a summary, a structured body with the topics, decisions and action items, a mind map, the full transcript and the people identified with their role.
An email tells you the moment the note is ready. You will also find it in your account, ready to be reworked or shared. Each note can then be distilled into the Brain, the memory that builds up across your meetings.
The recording, your way
The recording layout is adjustable: gallery view to see every participant, or speaker view, centered on whoever is talking.
What about in-person meetings?
Everyone around the same table? Call your KISMO number and turn on the speakerphone. The conversation is captured the same way, and the note reaches you just like after a video call.
How long is the recording kept?
Video meeting recordings stay with the recording provider for 7 days, then are deleted. Your note and its transcript remain in your account. The topic is covered in detail on the security and privacy page.
