Everyone has their own space, never shared. Each team, each project has one, with an owner who settles things. The company has one. Knowledge moves up when the right people have confirmed it. You ask once and you receive what you are allowed to know, knowing where it comes from.

What I know, what the team knows, what the company knows. One Brain per space, never quietly pooled. You ask your question once and the answer crosses your spaces, saying where each piece of knowledge came from.
Sharing is a deliberate act.
What you capture arrives by default in your personal space. You decide to move content up to a team space; your personal space itself is never converted.
How knowledge moves up.
A member shares it to a space, or distillation offers to do so when it finds the same concept with several people. It enters as a hypothesis. It settles in when the right people have confirmed it, with no open contradiction.
And if two people disagree?
The concept is marked as disputed. Both versions stay visible, with their sources and dates. The assistant says so when you ask, and the space owner settles it. Never the tool in your place.
When someone leaves.
What they shared and what was confirmed stays in the team's or the company's space. Their personal space stays theirs.
