What you get
What is it for, concretely?
So that your company never forgets again: less time searching, fewer mistakes, less rework, and knowledge that stays when someone leaves. A one-hour meeting with five people costs about 557 dollars; what gets said and decided in it is no longer lost.
What is KISMO?
Your company's brain. It hears, reads and writes everything that happens in it (meetings, calls, emails, documents), it keeps the memory of it (a note, in everyday words), then it pulls out what your company knows, decided, has to do, and it answers your questions citing its sources.
Do I have to work on it every day?
You review the memory of each meeting and click Distill, a few minutes, and that is all. You write nothing down: the material comes in on its own, you validate, KISMO distills, and you correct in the Brain if needed.
The Brain
What is « the Brain »?
It is what your company has retained. Not your memories: what your memories taught you, kept current, validated by you.
Why « memory » and not « note »?
Because an email, a call or a document are not notes. What KISMO keeps is the memory of what was said or written, that day, in the form that fits each source. Your notes become memories, and your memories a brain.
What does « distill » mean?
To summarize what matters and keep it current, in the Brain. You distill a memory the way you distill a wine: you keep what matters, you lose the volume. A memory summarizes a meeting; the Brain distills all your memories into what the company knows.
What is a concept?
Something your company knows, decided, has to do or is still wondering about. A single idea, with the memory it came from, and its state: in force, replaced, invalidated.
Does the AI decide for me?
No. Nothing gets into the Brain without your consent: you validate each memory by pressing Distill, and you correct the Brain at any time. When a more recent memory makes an idea obsolete, the Brain removes it, and you can restore it.
Capture
How does KISMO capture my meetings and calls?
You call your company's KISMO phone number, you invite KISMO into your video call or connect your calendar, you record from your phone or your browser. You can also import a file, an email, a web page, or write.
Do I need to buy a device?
No. Your phone is enough, your computer is enough. If you already have a Plaud recorder, its recordings can be imported in one go.
Can I import my old recordings?
Yes, in one go, with their transcripts and the notes already written, with no duplicates and without transcribing them again: they become memories like the others.
The team
Can my team share the same brain?
Not yet. Today, a subscription includes a single person, with their own Brain. Teamwork is coming.
Your data
Is my data safe?
Our servers are with OVH, in France, and your files are stored in the European Union. Your data is partitioned by company, by space and by person, with two-factor authentication. Each memory can be exported at any time, and support sends you all your data on request. You can delete a memory and keep what the Brain drew from it.
Am I allowed to record?
You inform the participants, and KISMO makes itself visible: in the video call, it is named Kismo, followed by the first name of the person who invited it through a link. While recording, it displays an image marked « REC ». For a call, you tell the person you are speaking to.
Connect and talk
Can I plug KISMO into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini?
Yes, through the connector. Your AI reasons on your memories and your Brain, with the permissions you choose and revoke in one click. It reads your Brain. With your permission, it can also mark an action done or a decision taken in it. It deletes nothing there.
Can I talk to KISMO on the phone?
Yes, in beta, when KISMO turns it on for your account: you call, you give it material or ask it a question, and it answers.

How much does it cost?
Plans per person, per month, Découverte, Découverte Plus, Essentiel, Pro and Business, at 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500 euros excluding tax depending on use with an annual commitment, or 24, 60, 120, 240 and 600 euros with no commitment. Fifteen-day free trial, no credit card needed.
What counts towards my quota?
What you capture, what you dictate, what you distill, what you ask the assistant and the editor, web search and meaning-based search, the work of your connected accounts, your address book and storage beyond the included space; the details are in section 6.1 of the Terms of Sale. Never minutes.
What is the return?
A one-hour meeting with five people costs about 557 dollars, and every documented meeting pays back more than it costs. Then, of everything said or written in your company, nothing needs searching for anymore: at least 5.4 hours per week per person according to studies (APQC, 2021). Your company is more profitable, and the number is yours, never a promise: work out what forgetting costs you, with your own settings, on the « The cost of forgetting » page.
Languages
Does KISMO work in English and in Quebec?
Yes. The language of each memory is detected, and KISMO writes in that language. The interface exists in French, Quebec French and English.
