Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Kismo.ai website and services provided by KISMO SASU. By accessing the site or using the services, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

"Service": all features offered by Kismo, including voice note-taking, transcription, analysis, and automatic synthesis. "User": any person accessing the site or using the Service. "Account": the User's personal space created during registration.

Use of the Service requires creating an account. The User agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. All account usage is the User's responsibility.

Kismo enables voice capture via phone call, automatic transcription, intelligent analysis, and generation of structured reports. The Service is accessible via a dedicated phone number assigned to each user.

The User agrees to: use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, not record conversations without participants' consent, not use the Service for unlawful purposes, not attempt to disrupt the Service's operation.

All elements of the site and Service (software, algorithms, trademarks, content) are the exclusive property of KISMO SASU. Notes and transcriptions generated from User recordings remain the User's property.

KISMO SASU strives to ensure the availability and quality of the Service. However, KISMO SASU does not guarantee the absence of errors in transcriptions or analyses. The Service is provided "as is." KISMO SASU's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the User in the last 12 months.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the site.

The User may terminate their account at any time from their personal space. KISMO SASU reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms.

KISMO SASU reserves the right to modify these Terms. Modifications are notified by email and take effect 30 days after notification.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aix-en-Provence.
