Capture without effort
KISMO adapts to your habits, not the other way around. Call your dedicated KISMO number to dictate a memo, or to record an in-person meeting with the speakerphone on. For video calls, invite KISMO into Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Webex: it joins the meeting and the note arrives at the end. Get a note you can actually use
A wall of text helps no one. KISMO transcribes, identifies who is speaking and recognizes what kind of conversation it was: more than 11 note types are detected automatically (meeting, interview, phone call and memo among them), each with a layout to match. Your notes sit in folders, filtered by type or by period. One search bar, available everywhere, searches by meaning as much as by exact words. Share and build on it
A note exports to PDF, Word, Markdown or CSV. A share link makes it readable by someone who has no KISMO account. Your team works in the same organization, with clear roles, each member on their own content.

Your data is hosted in France, in Lille, with a French provider, and backed up automatically. Account access is protected by a password and two-factor authentication. Only the phone numbers you have declared can create notes. Share links stay under your control: you name them, set an expiration date and revoke them whenever you want.
