You walk out of the meeting, the note is clean, everything is in it. Then the weeks go by. Who remembers the decision made on the budget, or the question left unanswered? The Brain keeps the useful part of what your conversations produce, and hands it back the moment you need it.

From note to concepts

Distill a note: KISMO extracts concepts from it, meaning ideas, decisions, actions and questions. Maps then group them by theme. The note tells the story of an exchange; the concept keeps what remains of it.

Nothing slips in unnoticed

What KISMO extracts does not join your Brain on its own. Every element goes through a review queue: you approve or reject, one by one or in batches. A history shows what each note produced. You get a memory you have actually read, not a warehouse filled by a machine.

Find what builds up

The Brain has its own space. You browse concepts and maps there, with search, filters and sorting. The link graph shows how your concepts connect. On each entry, backlinks answer a simple question: which notes lead here? You trace a decision back to the meeting where it was made.

The search bar in your account also digs into the Brain, by meaning as much as by exact words. And a dedicated trash catches deletions made too fast.

Your content, your Brain

The Brain is built on each member's own content. You distill your notes, you approve your concepts: the memory that results is yours. It is not a shared base filled by the whole organization.

Where do the notes come from?

From your calls to your KISMO number, your in-person meetings, your video calls, your imported files. Invite KISMO to your meetings: every meeting note becomes a chance to enrich your memory. Your AI assistants can also read your notes, with your permission, through the MCP connector.
