One situation, one note that fits

A meeting doesn't get summarized the way a client call does. A list dictated in the car has nothing in common with a job interview. KISMO starts from there: it recognizes the nature of the exchange on its own, among more than 11 note types, and returns a document in the form the situation calls for. Nothing to set up, no template to choose. You talk, you import, you invite KISMO to your video meeting: the note comes back with what the moment requires, title, summary, decisions, action items or list entries.

Eight situations, eight pages

Each page covers one specific situation: what is at stake, what KISMO does, what you gain.

  • Team meetings: around the table or on video, the meeting comes back with its decisions, its actions and its mind map.
  • Interviews: hiring or performance review, the roles are told apart and the exchange neatly summarized.
  • Client and prospect calls: a call through your KISMO number comes back as a summary, action items included.
  • Customer complaints: the exchange is laid out in a structured way, which helps when voices were raised.
  • Field notes and memos: you call your KISMO number, you talk, the note writes itself. No equipment.
  • Dictated lists and tasks: a list spoken out loud arrives structured, item by item.
  • Documents and web pages: a PDF, a Word file, a link: each becomes a note filed with the rest.
  • Company memory: search by meaning, an assistant that cites its sources, and the Brain that grows note after note, with your approval.

Can't find your line of work in this list? That's expected: these pages describe actions, not professions. A company director, a sales rep, a real estate agent or a project manager will each recognize themselves in several places.
