How it works: from speech to note
No hardware, no installation. You talk, KISMO writes. Here is the journey, from opening your account to the filed note.
1. Open your account
Pick your plan and create your account online. Your welcome email arrives immediately: it contains your dedicated KISMO number and access to your account. A contact card can be downloaded from the home screen to save that number in your address book. You then declare the authorized numbers: only those numbers can create notes on your KISMO number.

2. Capture the conversation
Depending on the situation, several gestures lead to the same result.
- On the phone: call your KISMO number and talk. Dictation, a debrief straight after a meeting, field notes. For a meeting around a table, turn on the speakerphone.
- On a video call: invite KISMO into the meeting, on Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Webex. It joins the meeting and the note arrives at the end. The recording layout is adjustable, gallery view or speaker view.
- From existing content: import audio or video up to 1 GB, or a PDF, Word, text or Markdown document up to 50 MB. You can also paste text or the address of a web page, or start from a blank page in the editor.

3. Hang up, the email arrives
KISMO transcribes the exchange, identifies who is speaking and recognizes the nature of the conversation: meeting, interview, phone call, memo or dictation, among others. As soon as the note is ready, an email brings it to you: title, summary, decisions, action items, mind map, full transcript. The email can be resent on request.

4. Everything comes together in your account
Every note joins your workspace: folders, favorites, filters and search by meaning. You can rework it in the editor, export it to PDF, Word, Markdown or CSV, or share it through a link you name, set to expire and revoke at will. The recipient does not need an account.
